Our cancellation policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate our clients. To ensure we can offer appointments to other patients who need care, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a $105.00 cancellation fee.
